  Är du tekniskt lagd och analytiskt driven, med intresse för att arbeta i gränslandet mellan data, system och affär? Vi söker nu en Operations Specialist till vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm, med fokus på att supportera vår nordiska egendomsverksamhet – en av våra strategiskt mest viktiga affärsgrenar.

  Rollen rapporterar direkt till vår Nordic Underwriting Support Manager, och innebär ett nära samarbete med både våra Underwriters och övriga delar av det nordiska Operations-teamet.

  Om rollen

  Som Operations Specialist kommer du att arbeta datadrivet och systemnära, med ansvar för att kvalitetssäkra underwriting-data, stödja i analys- och modellering, samt optimera våra operativa processer. Du kommer ha en viktig funktion i att möjliggöra affärskritiska beslut genom att leverera korrekta och strukturerade beslutsunderlag – och du kommer snabbt se hur ditt arbete bidrar till effektivitet och precision i vår affär.

  Du arbetar både självständigt och tvärfunktionellt, och har daglig kontakt med andra avdelningar, externa förmedlare samt våra företagskunder.

  Exempel på ansvarsområden

  • Modellering, validering och analys av underwriting-data

  • Framtagning och granskning av försäkringsunderlag och dokumentation

  • Säkerställande av SLA och leveransprecision

  • Initiera och leda förbättringsinitiativ inom processer och system

  • Deltagande i kund- och förmedlarmöten vid behov

  Vi söker dig som

  • Har ett tekniskt eller analytiskt arbetssätt och trivs med att arbeta i komplexa systemmiljöer

  • Har ett par års erfarenhet av en roll med hög administrativ och/eller analytisk tyngd

  • Är trygg i att arbeta datadrivet, med stort fokus på noggrannhet och effektivitet

  • Är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och trivs i samarbete med flera olika funktioner

  • Har eftergymnasial utbildning – KY/YH eller universitet

  • Talar och skriver flytande engelska samt ett nordiskt språk

  Meriterande

  • Avancerade kunskaper i Excel (t.ex. pivot-tabeller, formler, Power Query)

  • Kunskaper i fler språk än svenska och engelska
