      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
      - Coordinate key events such as ACO-related retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings for providers and field teams
      - Assist in designing and implementing key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
      - Monitor compliance activities
      - Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests, and other program reporting requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time, as needed (market dependent)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
      - Knowledge of project management processes is a plus
      - Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
