What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, update, and audit patient consent profiles to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Process incoming informed consents and supporting documentation, transitioning them to electronic document management systems
- Monitor and maintain departmental email inboxes
- Perform daily audits of consent records to ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
- Collaborate with clinicians and care center associates to address missing or inaccurate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to fully comply with HIPAA regulations to protect member privacy
- Dependable with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
