      Position summary

      Our Operations Strategy Team is the internal consulting team, which provides Nestlé with the insights and analysis necessary to make the best choices regarding major investments, manufacturing networks optimization and other strategic decisions in the field of operations. This project-based function relies on a multi-disciplined team performing a range of in-depth analyses on market dynamics, operations and competition as well as full financial evaluation of potential scenarios.

      As an Operations Strategy Consultant, you will develop a strong network and have an impact on key decisions that will shape Nestlé’s operations footprint across the globe and businesses.


      A day in a life of an Operations Strategy Consultant

      • Identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth
      • Be involved in key decision processes to steer the company´s strategy
      • Drive the overall analytical approach in line with the project investment objectives
      • Challenge and derive conclusions and provide actionable recommendations.
      • Present impactful recommendations to Top Management


      What makes you successful

      • Experience in a strategy consulting group, finance or operations functions preferably in the FMCG sector
      • Experience in a project driven environment
      • A university degree in finance, business, economics or engineering (an MBA is an advantage)
      • Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly
      • Excellent team player, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and outstanding communication skills
      • Fluent in English (other languages would be an advantage)
