      Overview

      The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing hotel operations to improve productivity and efficiency.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist the Front Office management team and support other departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
      • Maintain a strong lobby presence to assist guests and front desk staff.
      • Provide shift coverage for F&B operations as needed.
      • Manage hotel room type inventory.
      • Ensure all lobby, mezzanine, and F&B areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
      • Monitor and promote the Nor 1 upsell program.
      • Handle guest requests and complaints during shifts.
      • Perform front desk duties and responsibilities.
      • Address emergencies, disturbances, and complaints promptly.
      • Manage employee payroll, attendance, and overtime tracking.
      • Coach and train staff; administer discipline when necessary.
      • Assist with Night Audit functions and reports.
      • Prepare and distribute reports as required.
      • Attend meetings and training sessions.
      • Participate in M.O.D. coverage as needed.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel or related experience, or equivalent educational background with relevant experience.
      • Previous supervisory experience.
      • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
      • Ability to work long hours and handle physical activities.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
      • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming.
