- Proven analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data informed decisions to drive efficiencies, identify savings opportunities and improve our customer experience.
- 5 + years operational knowledge and experience
- 2 + years’ experience managing, leading and developing staff embodying a hands-on managerial approach with a predominant focus on direct engagement and active presence on the operational floor.
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- 2+ years’ experience collaborating and communicating with teams across various functions in a matrixed environment.
- 2 + years’ experience proficiently multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make strong business decisions.
- Thorough knowledge of Operations Management; Excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Six Sigma training preferred.
- 1+ years industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, discipline and record keeping.
- Experience with DEA regulations a plus.
- 1+ year WMS experience preferred.
- Previous experience operating powered equipment that may include but is not limited to reach, cherry picker, and pallet truck.
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Multiple environments including office and warehouse and refrigerated storage.
- Operating powered equipment will be required for this role; previous experience is preferred.
- Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs.. as needed.
- Lifting, bending, climbing, twisting, and 100% standing for extended periods of time during shift.

We're seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Operations Supervisor at our Atlanta facility. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team of 60+ non-exempt warehouse associates on our morning receiving and put-away team.
This position will have primary responsibility over our receiving/put-away operation. This position will be accountable for delivering top-notch service to our customers, while inspiring, motivating and developing team members to achieve daily performance standards and metrics.
This role’s hours will be 9AM to end of shift Monday through Thursday, and Friday 12PM to end of shift.
Some weekend work will be required as we follow an on-call rotation.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
