      Position Summary: This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals 1. Maintaining visibility on package information/movement utilizing provided tracking system and flagging issues/delays to appropriate personnel for resolution. 2. Managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines and maintain efficiency. 3. Providing friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to deliveries. 4. Using handheld scanners or devices to track and record package information, including barcodes and tracking numbers. 5. Maintaining clear communication with the customer's shipping dept. FedEx and its Vendors regarding collection/delivery status and any issues. 6. Day-to-day close coordination with the customer's import/export dept. 7. Preparation of paperwork for exports incl. airwaybill, attaching required regulatory paperwork based on H.S.Codes (align with the customer's shipping dept.). 8. Maintaining visibility and tracking on inbound/outbound shipments using available tools and resources. 9. Regular meetings with operations to understand priorities and urgencies. 10. Administrative tasks incl. scanning of invoices and updating specific excel sheet for the finance team. 11. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly volume trend and other required reports.
