Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking a Operations Support Intern to join the team!

What You’ll Do

The Operations Support Intern is responsible for providing administrative support for Taco John's, Morning Belle and Stan's Tacos by keeping operations accounts up to date, maintaining back of house system and database accuracy with up-to-date restaurant information, and assisting in general day-to-day tasks and projects. This position is part time, averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10:00/11:00 a.m. - 2:00/3:00 p.m., with some flexibility.

Essential Job Duties:

• Account maintenance for employees in various software platforms.
• Assists with running weekly and monthly reporting for accounting and operations.
• Assist in hours updates as needed in various software platforms.
• Assist in maintaining item master in Back of House software.
• Assist in maintaining menu items (adding/disabling menu items, mods, etc…)
• Part of liaison and support team for the field daily and for ad hoc requests or projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.
