- Apply relevant policies, regulations, and procedures to perform routine support functions
- Recommend and/or execute workflow and process improvements within own scope of responsibility
- Contribute to the product of several programs and/or government agencies for collaborative workflow
- Process moderate volumes of material in electronic or paper form
- Communicate orally to individuals and small groups
- Effectively write routine correspondence, reports, and communications
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key customers and service providers with government direction
- Provide assistance and instruction to customers on matters relating to travel requirements
- Organize and monitor requests, correspondence, and reports to ensure timely responses
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS/BA degree and 2 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of State, Military or DoD; in lieu of a degree, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted
- Prior OCONUS travel experience (TDY or PCS)
- Excellent oral communication and written communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and commitments to meet fixed deadlines and fulfill customer expectations
- Ability to use good judgment, set priorities within own workload, and develop effective decision-making skills within scope of responsibility
- Ability to analyze and interpret standard data and common policies
- Ability to establish and maintain regular contacts with outside agencies and resources, supplying or seeking information on matters within own expertise
