      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design operational and process improvement work to enhance clinical and operational performance
      - Analyze and evaluate clinical outcomes, financial performance, and design new services
      - Coordinate and oversee implementation of improvements with leadership and facility administration
      - Build and support effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Develop and implement programs, goals, and objectives to achieve system-wide standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
      - 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare operational/financial management, quality improvement, risk assessment, and project/standardization work
      - Proficiency in creating and communicating program plans, aligning resources, and motivating teams
      - Strong technical, organizational, project management, and negotiation skills
      - Self-starter with the ability to balance big picture goals with day-to-day details

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in business or healthcare-related field
      - Additional related education and/or experience preferred
