What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process hired candidates through pre-hire requirements including background checks and compliance
- Provide direction and guidance to managers during the onboarding and offboarding phases
- Offer administrative support for people initiatives, including system access and business setup
- Oversee the commercial car/fleet program, coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, maintaining high-quality service standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior knowledge of TEAMs, One Drive, and Smartsheet
- Experience in Human Resources or Fleet Operations
