Job Description
- Req#: 6366
- Handle and manage all domestic activities including planning to ensure proper development of the product
- Manage and handle client incidents and complaints in coordination with customer service team to ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries.
- Monitor and control all domestic bulk projects to ensure timely processing and professional service to the customers.
- Handle special Projects Operation team are responsible for processing the shipments
- Schedule Delivery with the consignee
- Follow security measures and safe documentation
- Good communication skills
- Having good command in: Problem Solving
- Attentive to Detail
- Good in meeting deadline
