      PURPOSE :

      To perform all assigned operations tasks

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

      • Shipment recoveries in the morning.
      • Delivery of shipments in a timely manner; both local and beyond areas.
      • Maintain daily records of Proof of Delivery (PODs) for delivered shipments.
      • Respond to email communications.
      • Attend to customer queries in a professional manner both via email and on phone.
      • Conduct sales and marketing activities, including visits to both existing and potential clients to promote Aramex products.
      • Handle cash transactions from walk-in and Shop & Ship customers.
      • Educate clients on Aramex's prohibited items
      • Verify all shipments before collection to ensure compliance with Aramex's shipping policies and to prevent the transportation of prohibited items.
      • Monitor daily pickup availability in real-time and advise customers on punctuality to prevent shipment delays, ensuring optimal performance
      • Generate daily pre-alerts for shipments collected each day.
      • Handle bagging and dispatch processes.
