      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures and workflows
      - Prepare and send company-wide communications to keep all employees informed
      - Conduct routine system testing and collaborate with managers to identify workflow needs
      - Develop effective learning and training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
      - Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience with all mortgage loan types (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, bond, etc.)
      - Strong understanding of the mortgage lending function
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with imaging tools (SnagIt) and Encompass LOS
      - Advanced resourcefulness and attention to detail for strategic problem-solving
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Experience in project management
