      Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Communicate and uphold Company policies and procedures
      • Oversee all training for new hires as well as tenured employees
      • Monitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires
      • Maintain accurate training calendar, schedule and records
      • Ensure new hire, re-training and cross training are completed in accordance with SOP’s and work instructions
      • Identify/develop candidates for promotion or for additional responsibilities
      • Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations
      • Support all other duties as assigned by operational leadership or as business requires

      Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

      • 3 to 5 years in similar role or similar role in fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing or call centers.
      • Bilingual Preferred
      • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to explain tasks to others
      • Proven ability to communicate with, support, and motivate employees to achieve operational
      • objectives
      • Able to operate department specific technology to execute and train on job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
      • Demonstrate the ability to manage change in an appropriate and effective manner and is a strong role model to the team
      • Excellent verbal /written communication skills
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      • Able to work with minimal supervision

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
      • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
      • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
      • Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pound
