      Job Location: Cressona, PA

      Job Summary:

      Motivated individuals who can perform multi-functions in a manufacturing environment. Individuals and organizations' objectives are to safely manufacture, package, and ship high-quality products to our customers on time. This position is for our PACK, LOAD and SHIP DEPARTMENT.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Typical entry level positions are EOWEO night shifts 6pm- 6am. You will work every other weekend as three consecutive days Fri/ Sat/ Sun. 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next.
      • Must be committed to not take risks and stop during upset conditions.
      • Most work is done in pairs, so team work and getting along with others is essential.
      • Safely and efficiently operator assigned equipment or machine.
      • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
      • Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
      • Lifts and stacks products.
      • Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned area.
      • Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
      • Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.

      Required Education/Experience:

      • No high school diploma or GED required

      Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

      • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
      • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful, but not required.
      • Prior experience operating mobile equipment including a forklift or Combi is helpful, but not required.
      • Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply)
      • Must be able to use a calculator
      • Must be able to read a tape measure
      • Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
      • Must be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures.
      • Must be able to read and understand English
      • Must be able to read, understand, and follow all work and safety instructions
      • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
      • Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow
      • Must be able to follow detailed directions

      Payrate is $22.59/ hour plus $1/ hour shift differential.
