      Job Description

      Join our team as an Operator for the night shift, working 6 pm to 6 am on a rotating schedule. You will work 4 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, with 36 hours one week and 48 the next. This schedule includes working every other weekend.

      Responsibilities

      • Prepare equipment and materials for production.
      • Operate equipment according to the OP Manual, input materials, and monitor defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product quality.
      • Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
      • Track all non-conformances and scraps.
      • Mixing Department: Wear a full mask respirator 2-3 times a day while dumping powders into bins. Ensure proper PPE to avoid contact with chemicals.
      • Coding Department: Wear masks, handle occasional line breaks, and work in high-temperature oven rooms when necessary.
      • Handle reels weighing hundreds of pounds with machinery assistance; may need to pull/push up to 75 pounds.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, machine operation, and general production.
      • Ability to operate equipment and follow OP Manual guidelines.
      • Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records in GMES.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Ability to prepare equipment and materials for production.
      • Experience in monitoring product defects and ensuring quality.
      • Capability to track non-conformances and scraps.

      Work Environment

      The facility is enormous, requiring significant walking between buildings and across the plant. The department operates in a clean room environment, necessitating garb and beard nets if applicable. The workspace is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, adhering to 5S3K standards. Note that in the Mixing Department, you cannot have a beard and must avoid wearing jewelry. The Coding Department may involve working in high-temperature conditions.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.

      Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. Company provides $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
