Job Description

- Required: No previous work experience required
- Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Follow all safety protocols
- Drive quality in all activities
- Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
- · Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
- Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherence
- The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
- Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
- · Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene

Pay Rate: $16.503rd Shift - Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

Millersburg, PA Single-Use manufacturing locations.
How Will You Make an Impact?:
Work with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product.
A Day in the Life:
Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
