      Responsibilities

      Responsible for answering multi-line phone system. Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, Powerchart Office in Cerner and paging thru Outlook following front office protocols.


      Qualifications

      Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

      Experience: One (1) year work experience in the medical front office setting; One (1) year experience with multi-phone system; Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
