Job Title: Operator
Job Description
Seeking a diligent Operator to join our automotive manufacturing team. The role involves handling various materials required for production lines, including but not limited to diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, and labels. Responsibilities also include performing quality checks, audits, and potentially rework of inflators to ensure the highest standards of production.

This is a fully on-site position in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Work Environment
The role is situated in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with automated production equipment for making airbag inflators. Candidates must adhere to a strict no-lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes policy on site. Shifts available are 1st (6 AM – 2:30 PM at $17.00/hour), 2nd (2 PM – 10:30 PM at $18.70/hour), and 3rd (10 PM – 6:30 AM at $19.55/hour). The first workday will always be on a Tuesday, from 8 am - 4:30 pm, followed by the designated shift starting the next day. Candidates must be comfortable working 6-7 days per week with rotating schedules that include weekends. Regular schedules are typically Monday-Friday, but currently may include weekends.
