- Festlegen des Bearbeitungslaufs und Ermitteln von Rahmenbedingungen zur Bearbeitung von Baugruppen
- Programmieren der Fertigungsmaschinen
- Rüstzeitoptimierung durch Festlegung der Auftragsfolgen
- Überwachen des Arbeitsablaufs sowie Prüfen der Teile
- Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen
- Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit der bestückten Leiterkarten kontrollieren
- Rüsten und Bestücken von Leiterkarten und Bauteilen an der SMD Bestückungslinie sowie Leiterkarten kontrollieren und reinigen
- Lötprogramme nach Vorgabe auswählen
- Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (Elektriker / Elektroniker, Feinmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker)
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage von feinmechanischen/elektronischen Geräten oder Baugruppen
- Erfahrung in der Montage von Geräten und Baugruppen unter Reinraumbedingungen sowie Erfahrung bei der Bedienung von SMD Bestückungsautomaten sind von Vorteil
- PC Grundkenntnisse (SAP, Word, Excel)
- Hohe Flexibilität, Schichtbereitschaft, engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
