      Operator

      Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for an Operator. This position will support Powder Coating Line by inspecting processes equipment and, accounting for production and quality of production. This will be a 1st shift position.

      Expectations:

      • Actively participates in departmental meetings.
      • Provides accurate planning and reporting of daily production issues or downtime.
      • Demonstrate ability to provide product and services of exceptional quality.

      Education:

      • High school diploma or GED.

      Experience:

      • Two - Three years of experience in a position of similar responsibility in manufacturing.
      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product designs, safety, quality and workflow needs.

      Other:

      • Strong documentation skills, reporting skills and computer skills.
      • Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
      • Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.

      Specific Job Responsibilities:

      • Maintain clean, safe, organized material storage areas.
      • Maintain equipment by planning and carrying out PM’s as prescribed by documented procedure and by creating documented procedure for PM’s wherever needed.
      • Produce product of exceptional quality by implementing QA approach to meeting company production objectives.
      • Maintain titrations and stage levels daily.
      • Monitor Controls PLC, making sure load bars stay in sync.
      • Plan daily tasks geared toward evening PMs.
      • Communicate changes to the dump schedule to Waste Water Tech.
      • Work with department Supervisor on scheduling the line down for routine maintenance.
      • Turn in daily downtime information.
      • Review materials needs daily and notify Supervisor of materials needed.
      • Report any safety violations or concerns to the Production Supervisor.
      • Perform titrations to review the quality of chemicals.

      This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
