Job Description

- You receive a quarterly bonus.
- You have a permanent position (24-40hrs/week). Must be available to work at 7am, evenings and occasional weekends, if necessary.
- You benefit from a free LASIK surgery, 3 weeks of vacation, 3 sick days, & 1 wellness day.

- You complete preoperative and postoperative measurements, offering clear explanations to patients throughout the process.
- You review imaging maps to validate their accuracy.
- You are knowledgeable about procedures and technologies available in the clinic.
- You provide outstanding customer service and patient care.
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are motivated to learn how to use various diagnostic and testing tools.
- You have an ease with computer tools.
- You are graduate from a Bachelor's program in science (Bsc), an Opticianry program (license not required), are a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT) or are a foreign trained Optometrist / Ophthalmologist/ Nurse (with experience in an ophthalmic environment).
- Your experience in an eye-care environment is an asset.
- Must be open to travelling to other clinics for training.
