      The role

      Sales Operations Apprentice

      Estagiário

      We are looking for intern profiles for our sales operations area. The available positions include:

      • Presales Multivendor
      • Marketing Sales Development Representative
      • Sales Data Analyst for Cloud Providers

      Presales Multivendor & Operations Manager

      Responsibilities:

      • Prepare commercial proposals for licensing.
      • Update and provide monthly price lists from manufacturers.
      • Support the calculation of manufacturer incentives for proposals.
      • Facilitate communication between teams for the Account Manager.
      • Support the communication of deadlines and operational activities with clients (Onboarding, True-up, Order Reconciliation, etc.).
      • Consult client histories, documents, and contracts.
      • Build and update customer records in the ERP system.
      • Supervise credit analysis and payment terms.
      • Build and send documents to clients, including Sales Orders and Invoices.
      • Handle onboarding and post-sales support.
      • Fill out and send contracts to clients.
      • Ensure quality in the Global Service Delivery Center.
      • Support in correction, re-billing, and contract renewal processes.

      Marketing Sales Development Representative

      Responsibilities:

      • Use ONESales, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound).
      • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
      • Build long-term relationships with prospects, qualifying leads as sales opportunities.
      • Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and sales executives.
      • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
      • Generate leads and cultivate the warm prospects, seeking new sales opportunities.
      • Maintain and handle a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps.
      • Identify best practices to improve the lead generation process.
      • Create new qualified opportunities for regional sales executives.

      Sales Data Analyst for Cloud Providers

      Responsibilities:

      • Optimize and automate ETL processes to consolidate sales data.
      • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize sales metrics.
      • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
      • Generate reports on sales trends, forecasting, customer segmentation, and product performance.
      • Identify improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions.
      • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure relevant data is available.
      • Document data processes and supply to best practices in sales data management.

      What we need to see from you

      • Proficiency in English (intermediate-advanced conversational level).
      • Spanish is helpful but not required.
      • Education: Student in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Students should make sure they have more than 6 months left for graduation, so there is enough time to complete a full practice (less than 6 months of practice is not allowed)
      • Desired experience in customer service.
      • Behavioral skills.
      • General understanding of technological solutions.

      Estamos em busca de perfis de estagiários para a área de operações de vendas. Entre os títulos de posições que estaremos atribuindo, estão:

      Responsabilidades do Presales Multivendor & Operations Manager

      • Elaboração de propostas comerciais para licenciamento.
      • Atualização e disponibilização mensal de listas de preços de fabricantes.
      • Apoio no cálculo de incentivos de fabricantes para propostas comerciais.
      • Facilitação da comunicação entre áreas para o Account Manager.
      • Apoio na comunicação de prazos e atividades operacionais com o cliente (Onboarding, True-up, Reconciliação de Pedidos, etc.).
      • Consulta de históricos de clientes, documentos e contratos.
      • Criação e atualização de cadastros de clientes no ERP.
      • Acompanhamento de análise de crédito e prazos de pagamento.
      • Criação e envio de documentos para clientes, incluindo Sales Order e Nota Fiscal.
      • Gestão de Onboarding e suporte pós-venda.
      • Preenchimento e envio de contratos aos clientes.
      • Garantia de qualidade no Global Service Delivery Center.
      • Apoio em processos de correções, refaturamentos e renovações de clientes e contratos.

      Responsabilidades do Marketing Sales Development Representative

      • Utilizar ONESales, cold calling e e-mail para gerar novas oportunidades de vendas (inbound e outbound).
      • Identificar as necessidades dos prospects e sugerir produtos/serviços adequados.
      • Construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com prospects, qualificando leads como oportunidades de vendas.
      • Agendar reuniões ou chamadas entre clientes potenciais e executivos de vendas.
      • Reportar resultados semanais, mensais e trimestrais ao gerente de vendas.
      • Gerar leads e nutrir prospects quentes, buscando novas oportunidades de vendas.
      • Manter e gerenciar um pipeline de prospects interessados e engajar executivos de vendas para as próximas etapas.
      • Identificar melhores práticas para aprimorar o processo de geração de leads.
      • Criar novas oportunidades qualificadas para os executivos de vendas regionais.

      O SDR é o ponto de contato inicial com prospects, desempenhando um papel crucial no crescimento da empresa, movendo leads através do pipeline até que estejam prontos para conversar com os executivos de vendas.

      Responsabilidades do Sales Data Analyst

      • Otimizar e automatizar processos ETL para consolidar dados de vendas.
      • Desenvolver e manter dashboards no Power BI para visualizar métricas de vendas.
      • Escrever e otimizar consultas SQL para extração e análise de dados.
      • Gerar relatórios sobre tendências de vendas, previsão, segmentação de clientes e desempenho de produtos.
      • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções de automação.
      • Colaborar com as equipes de vendas e marketing para garantir dados relevantes.
      • Documentar processos de dados e contribuir para melhores práticas de gestão de dados de vendas.


      O que esperamos de você?

      Proficiência em inglês (nível conversacional intermediário-avançado).
      Espanhol é útil, mas não obrigatório.

      Educação: Estudantes de Ciência da Computação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Finanças, Administração de Empresas ou áreas relacionadas.

      Os estudantes devem garantir que tenham mais de 6 meses restantes até a formatura, para que haja tempo suficiente para concluir a prática completa (práticas com menos de 6 meses não são permitidas).
