      Job Description

      Come join our team and work on an exciting transition to production program in the Advanced RF program area. This role oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

      Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience. Experience with transitioning programs to production is preferred. Cost account management and proposal execution experienced desired.

      Preferred Skills and Education

      Experience with transition to production, HPU and UPC managment, Cost take-out, sourcing segmentation, is preferred.
