Processing move money tool error queues, Documentum (DCTM) queues, residual journal requests (for retirement and non-retirement products), remediation checks issue, and returned wires
Reviewing complex not in good order (NIGO) items
Managing department mailboxes for escalation and support
Contacting internal and external clients
Assisting with testing and projects as needed
1+ years general brokerage industry knowledge and previous customer service experience
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
Strong customer focus and extremely organized
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent time-management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and escalate when necessary
Solid understanding risks of the financial services industry
Ability to work in an agile environment and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to adapt to change
Experience with SharePoint
Understanding of BETA (mainframe), Documentum, and/or Dynamics

Job Overview:
The Operations Specialist in Money Desk Disbursements is part of a department that receives and conducts a series of quality assurance and threshold reviews to verify outgoing money movement is in good order. While much of this role involves operational process, it also includes regular contact with internal and external clients.

Pay Range:
$13.69-$20.54/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
