The Company:
Eagle Eyecare provides thorough eye exams, expert contact lens fittings, prescribe Paragon CRT contacts (contacts which reshape your cornea overnight to correct your vision -- a safe, less costly and non surgical way to correct your vision). We also treat eye infections, itchy eyes, red eyes and eye injuries. The staff at Eagle Eyecare are trained and experienced in helping our patients choose the best eye wear. From selecting the most flattering frames to making recommendations on the best lenses, we will make sure that you love your new eyeglasses!

We want our team members to make a real difference in our patients’ lives.The position of an Optical Sales Associate is a key part to our Optical Team. As an Optician you will aim to grow the business through exceptional customer service and ensure our patients receive the highest level of patient care.
Job Type:Full-time (Flexible hours with weekends off)Duties and Responsibilities:Adhere to privacy, confidential and proprietary company policies and procedures (HIPAA)
Providing exceptional patient care
Frame styling, for comfort and optimal visual performance along with Eyewear adjustment and repair
Communication with Optometrist regarding patient needs and recommendations
Ensuring all orders arrive and are to the specifications of the patient
Enhances optical center reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Posts charges and payments along with obtaining insurance authorizations
Professional phone etiquette and provide general administrative support
Generate revenue with excellent sales techniques
Provide honest but compassionate feedback about aesthetic choices in framesExperience:At least 2 years of Optical experience is required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with patients
