Join the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) organization as an Optimization Analyst, supporting the mission to enhance operational efficiency and meet production span goals for the F-35 program. In this pivotal role, you will focus on optimizing purchasing lead times across multiple production programs and developing innovative solutions to improve performance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of one of the world’s most advanced aircraft.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Optimization Analyst, you will:
• Monitor and track lead time and span performance across multiple aircraft production programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain buyers and leaders to validate purchasing lead times and develop actionable strategies for lead time analysis and reduction.
• Analyze lead time trends to identify inefficiencies, recommend data-driven actions, and implement solutions to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain visual dashboards, metrics, and presentations to effectively communicate performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Automate repetitive tasks through macro development or by coordinating with IT to enhance operational efficiency.
• Present complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving process improvements.
