Your Role As the Support Associate you will help receive functions such as managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns, merch returns to vendors, markdowns, and processing store directed online order requests. You will manage resources and operational processes to support sales and maximize overall profitability. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Support Manager. What You'll Do - Complete daily store operations and support tasks under the direction of leads and managers - Inbound and Outbound merchandise - Inventory control - Support online sales activity via accurate order fulfillment - Support merchandise price changes - Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas What You Bring - Prior retail experience - Excellent customer service skills - Perform basic math computations - Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite - This role may require carrying up to 35 pounds - A flexible work schedule
