What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business development efforts for Oracle-based utility solutions, including CC&B/C2M/CCS
- Conduct functional workshops to gather requirements and map customer needs to product capabilities
- Develop functional design documents and configure solutions to meet project specifications
- Mentor and guide project teams through the design, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Assist the testing team with functional areas and resolve issues during the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
- Minimum of 8 years implementing CIS solutions for Utilities
- Proven experience with full-cycle implementations in Oracle CC&B for utility sectors
- Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and related technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading development teams and working with client teams/SMEs throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with US regulated and deregulated utility markets
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
- Experience in a global delivery environment
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW components (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
