      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gathering, interpreting, and utilizing complex data to maintain stable operations and improve IS Applications
      - Collaborating with IS leadership and committees to support the overall IS strategy
      - Serving as a role model and coach in quality customer service
      - Defining and overseeing system testing, ensuring documentation of completed testing
      - Developing measurement of IS adoption and usability within clinical staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in hospital services operations, healthcare management, clinical leadership, or other IS functions
      - 3+ years of experience with Cerner Community Works and/or Cerner Millennium in information technology positions
      - Demonstrated experience leading small to large-scale optimization projects
      - Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and work across diverse groups
      - Self-motivation, individual leadership, and team collaboration skills
