What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project management and training leadership to define strategic direction and drive continuous improvement for Oracle Cloud applications
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud applications
- Foster strategic relationships with stakeholders to evaluate pain points and ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Develop clear and impactful problem statements for application teams, aligning with organizational objectives
- Maintain and manage the product roadmap, outlining vision and opportunities for future enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
- Nine or more years of related experience, with a minimum of three years of Oracle Cloud experience
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technology areas, with healthcare technology experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences
- Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders to resolve significant architecture issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two or more years of Oracle Cloud Learning and Talent Management experience preferred
