The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst/Test Analyst to join our dynamic cross-functional SAFe team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 and a passion for agile development methodologies. Responsibilities:
• The desired candidate will work as an Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst/Test Analyst in a cross-functional SAFe team, supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.10 agile development.
• The candidate will provide functional Oracle knowledge to analyze, solution, and support all aspects of SAFe agile development.
• Works closely with product owners, Scrum master, architects, developers, testers in PI planning, user story/backlog refinement, daily team syncs, to define, build, test, and deliver value during iterations.
• Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to further develop their Oracle EBS skills/knowledge and learn the SAFe agile development methodology.
• Responsible for the creation of test plans/scripts and testing, including unit and functional testing and supporting government integrated testing (GIT).
• Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution so tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product owners and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies.
• Provide functional Oracle expertise in the analysis, design and development of Oracle EBS R12.2.10 solutions.
• Analyze features & user stories then collaborate with agile development team on solution approaches, configurations, testing and deployment of new capabilities.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/finance or other Oracle EBS certification or relevant degree from an accredited university.
• Five Years of IT experience, with at least three years of large-scale Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide professional and timely customer support.
• Ability to become proficient in the use of an enterprise-wide financial system and to train other users in such a system.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Desire to work in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desired:• Prior experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment.

• Prior testing experience as part of an agile development team.
• Team player with the ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency.
• Strong written, verbal and listening skills.
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using Safe agile development and Atlassian software.
• Experience in the creation of Functional design documentation, Configuration documents, User Story refinement, Test Plan, Test Script.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
