Job Description

- Engage in hands-on delivery of Oracle EBS solutions
- As part of project delivery, the candidate should be able to:
- Analyze and document As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
- Suggest and improve business processes
- Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle EBS processes.
- Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Oracle EBS functionality & configuration
- Impart training to users on Oracle EBS
- Professional qualification equivalent of Engineering
- 3-5 years functional consulting in ERP, with specific experience in Oracle EBS
- Hands-on Part of atcleast 3 End-to-end ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of integration between ERP modules
Extensive experience with Oracle EBS in Finance modules, P2P, O2C is critical.
- Excellent communication skills – to be able to engage with customers in a pre-Sales as well as in Project context
- Solution mindset – Should be oriented towards solutions aimed at solving customer problems and not towards implementing standard solutions
- Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support
- Have a holistic picture of IT and ERP landscape – to be able to provide recommendations and roadmaps to customers for IT initiatives
- Knowledge / Experience of other ERP systems would be a strong value add
