Job Description

- Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
- Oracle HCM Experience with CoreHR / ORC / Talent, Oracle digital assistance desired
- Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
- Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
- Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
- Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
- Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects
- Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
- Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter)
- Complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
- Actively manages Service Requests (1bd) Actively raises issues to impacted teams
- Ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- 2- 5 years of experience in Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
- Exposure to Oracle HCM
- Btech background preferred

Job summary
As a Business Analyst I at JPMorgan Chase, in the Employee Platforms Team which is aligned Workforce Technology Team you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, optimize & deliver Oracle HCM application of a SaaS product in a secure, stable, and scalable way to enhance the employee experience. As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute solutions through SaaS product knowledge, POC, design & troubleshooting of multiple components within a SaaS Product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role.
