Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Developer

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the HCM system.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform system upgrades and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM systems.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
