Role name Consultant
Role Description • As an Quantum Systems Engineering Operation team lead to provide guidance to other team members in supporting existing functionality in production and act as a resource to junior staff members, supporting the existing systems.• Role as shift manager to manage ticket queue and set expectations on service requests and incidents. Coordinate with Oracle support for the resolution of problems and bugs.• Install, Upgrade and patch grid, database binaries 11g, 12c and 12c OEM agent for SAP and non-sap.• ASM Storage migrations and maintenance on standalone and rac instances.• Build oracle database servers in VM and provision databases. • Install OID and Oracle gateway for teradata.• Troubleshoot and assist DBA’s in case of performance issues.• Work with Oracle Platinum Support on exadata issues.

Experience (Years) 10 & Above
Essential Skills · More than 10 years of experience in Application Development/Management/Support along with software development or software integration projects. · A minimum of 4 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role. · A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly. · Requirement gathering/analysis/fitment, Oracle suite of products, SOAP, REST, HTTPS, FTP, Java, Oracle · Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Passionate about learning new technologies
Desirable Skills · Exposure to support process. · Management consulting experience · Project management experience working with Oracle Financials (E-business Suite), OBIEE, Oracle/Sybase, Hyperion HFM, Quantum, Essbase · Experience working with various verticals (i.e. Retail Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, financial services, insurance, retail, healthcare, technology).
