Develops and maintains planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals in the Hyperion Planning and PBCS applications
Maintains and develops ETL routines, meta-data member updates, associated hierarchies (organizations, accounts, plan sets, ) and mappings for various incoming data sources (Business Objects / FMIS, HFM, spreadsheets, Essbase) and downstream reporting applications (SAP, Business Objects/ FMIS, Essbase, PBCS) by leveraging FDMEE, load rules, SQL routines and other technology
Create / modify, test and promote Planning/Essbase reports/scripts/data forms to meet the needs of the business
Manage and enhance application control procedures for Planning/Essbase
Coordinate and administer Disaster Recovery testing for the Planning / Essbase applications annually
Update the departmental procedures and process maps for Planning and Essbase annually
Responsible for the proper functioning of all Planning and Essbase applications, including all utilities and tools required to maintain the production and test environments
Works with Financial, Planning and Analysis Teams to gather planning model and reporting requirements, implements, tests and delivers
Supports future development and enhancements of Hyperion Planning and PBCS, which may include Workforce, CapEx and Balance Sheet/NII planning models
Provides support and technical assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase / ReportingAbout the company
