We are currently seeking an Oracle Training Specialist to work for our company. This position is located in USA VA Fort Belvoir.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Conducts user maintenance tasks including the creation, deletion, and modification of users and user-defined lists.
-Troubleshoots advanced functional, technical, and integration issues with DAI.
-Diagnoses and responds to user connectivity issues such as browser incompatibility, network issues, JRE, and Oracle UPK client setup.
-Completes configuration management tasks and make recommendations for improvements to ITIL processes.
-Provides FAQ solutions and support for DAI PMO Help Desk SOP, including ITIL recommendations.
-Documents Customer Help Desk SOP and DAI Client Support Instructions related to Oracle DBA event/incident resolution.
-Supports DAI production help desk tickets, ensuring mitigation and closure within 24 hours.
-Develops and delivers FAQ Solution Documents, DAI PMO Helpdesk SOP, and Customer Help Desk SOP.
-Provides functional, technical, architectural, and compliance support for each DAI capability area including Oracle Applications modules and reporting.
-Supports user-based training events, create training material, user guides, FAQs, and Knowledge Based articles.
-Conducts training events through various delivery methods ensuring effective end-user training.
-Prepares and delivers CBT materials ensuring effective end-user training.
-Sets up and maintains environments for training, testing, and conducting process mocks.
-Creates and maintains online system help utilizing Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool.
-Ensures DAI Help Desk support contractor staff is fully trained on processes and standards related to DAI Help Desk support.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-Must have 7+ years experience supporting Oracle EBS workforce training.
-Deep experience with functional, technical, architectural, and compliance understanding of DAI capability areas including reporting.
-Experience with Oracle Applications module(s) supporting DAI capability areas.
-Expertise in Oracle Applications-based technical development and deployment.
-Experience in maintenance and enhancement of technical components for current and future releases of the Global Model.
-Experience in developing Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMP).
-Experience in training material creation, user guides, FAQs, and Knowledge Based articles.
-Experience in conducting training events and preparing CBT materials.
-Experience in setting up and maintaining environments for training, testing, and process mocks.
-Experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool.
-Experience in supporting DAI Help Desk and executing the Program’s use of ConfigSnapshot.
-Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900.00 - $137,100.00.
