What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- End-to-end implementation of Oracle Retail suite, Java/J2EE language
- Perform Xstore POS configurations, customizations, and integrations development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- At least 8 years of IT experience with Oracle Retail suite and Java/J2EE language
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices in retail technology
- Experience with Oracle Xstore Product suite implementation/support
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/confluence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in solution development or production support for POS or Xstore implementations
- Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure
- Devops tools and integration knowledge preferred
