Job Description
- Req#: ORDER016833
- Process accurate order entry of incoming purchase orders.
- Provide customers details regarding order status and any other essential information regarding timely delivery of products.
- Research and resolve order errors and updates as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of data entry experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- 10-key and data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail orientated, organized with the ability to work independently to meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent math aptitude.
- Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in handling multiple incoming phone calls.
The Order Entry Clerk will process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
