      Order Operations Team Leader

      #London, UK

      Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

      Hybrid (three days in the office per week)

      We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Operations Team Leader. The Order Operations Team Leader in the Global Billing Operations Department is responsible for overseeing the Order Operations Team. The Order Operations Team Leader will be responsible for the global order entry and billing activities within SAP. Someone with a strong Billing Operations leadership background, thrives and excels in helping to drive change, has exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position.

      The Order Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing numerous functions including but not limited to: maintaining customer data, onboarding new clients, invoice cancellations, liquidations and credit memos.

      Some of the things you will be doing:

      • Implement standardization of order entry of projects for clients on SAP
      • Train team on order entry, liquidations, cancellations, credit memos, down payment requests and customer master maintenance
      • Manage team workload and assignment of activities
      • Mentor and coach team to develop a high performing team
      • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
      • Identify and implement areas for process improvements
      • Maintain and/or create process documentation
      • Work directly with the Head of Global Billing for continuous process improvement and standardization

      What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

      • Minimum 3-5 years financial operations experience in Billing, AR or Collections.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting Preferred
      • SAP experience a plus
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Demonstrated advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, ASAP Utilities)
      • Proven track record of achievement and strong performance
      • Effective written and verbal communications
      • Ability to lead and develop high performing teams and work across teams
      • Ability to drive efficiency and standardization of processes
      • Strong time management, research & analytical skills
      • Problem-solving skills
      • Exceptional attention to detail
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • A history of detail-oriented, multi-tasking in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
