Job Description
- Req#: 15800
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to receive, process, and manage orders for assigned accounts
- Manage order entry, shipping, and billing processes accurately and in accordance with department metrics
- Coordinate order delivery and invoicing expectations with customers
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product and services
- Monitor and manage Order Delivery and Billing blocks
- Provide product pricing and availability information to customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer buyers
- Understand and monitor SAP reports
- Prepare, review, and analyze various reporting data using Excel tools and functions (Pivot Tables, Macros, Vlookups, and other calculation functions)
- Coordinate and lead process improvement projects with cross functional support teams
- Review and report on monthly department performance to upper management
- Prepare and maintain process documentation (departmental and account specific)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- Excellent communications, time management, and decision making skills
- Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to identify data trends and process inefficiencies
- Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
- Ability to follow all documented work instructions
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
- SAP experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Ariba, SalesForce, Sharepoint, Netweaver, and Visio is a plus
