      Order Management Coordinator

      Reporting Structure

      The Order Management Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Director, Logistics & Supply Chain.

      What You’ll Be Responsible For:


      This position is responsible for managing all Sales services and communicating directly with Sales personnel to meet their needs, entering/monitoring orders for assigned Wholesale accounts, and order allocations.

      • Enter and maintain Sales Orders
      • Process EDI transmissions from customers and work with Sales to resolve discrepancies
      • Handle sales order allocations and pick ticket releases to 3PL warehouse
      • Communicate with 3PL regarding pick tickets, outbound shipments, and customer returns
      • Work with Credit and Sales teams on order credit holds, customer issues, customer master setup
      • Manage all customer communication regarding store setups, address changes
      • Supply reports to sales on open orders
      • Follow up on customer compliance websites to ensure we are up to date with any changes made by the stores
      • Knowledge of customer routing guides and shipping requirements to maintain compliance standards and communicate shipping needs to the warehouse
      • Work with Sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping to customers
      • Respond to emails and phone calls directly from sales and shipping departments
      • Understand and apply all brand policies
      • Follow through to ensure a timely response and resolution on any issues
      • Performs additional duties and assignments as requested

      Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

      • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in wholesale customer service, logistics and or routing
      • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
      • Candidates must be motivated, patient, and detail-oriented
      • Must have basic computer skills including experience with MS Office applications
      • Must be able to work well in a team environment
      • Must be an analytical thinker and have the ability to resolve issues quickly
