Job Description

- This role is a Project Management/Order Management role for semiconductor equipment.
- Create under limited supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP.
- Manage/maintain customer forecast data in SAP CRM as well as customer supplier portal by working with Sales and Business Unit.
- Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met.
- Handle standard customer inquiries and solve issues independently with limited supervision.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholder
- Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
- Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers.
- Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products
- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members

- Project Management/Order Management experience for semiconductor equipment.
- Semiconductor customer facing role - industry experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
- This role will be in the office 5 days/week in either Portland, OR or Austin, TX.

$60,000.00 - $82,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
