      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the entry, upkeep, and supervision of order management in relation to service operations for both the employer's U.S. and Canadian teams
      - Transform service quotations for spare parts into sales orders ready for delivery
      - Ensure exceptional customer service by managing the complete process of entering and fulfilling customer orders
      - Collaborate with Billing and Accounts Receivables teams to collect down payments, enabling shipment releases
      - Serve as a liaison between service and operations departments to ensure seamless customer deliveries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate degree in business or logistics strongly preferred
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or logistical support role
      - Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce and order management processes
      - Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal; German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarders (FedEx, TMS, etc.)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
      - Experience in customer service and order management
