What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient account receivable services to maximize reimbursement for member clinics
- Accurately bill various payors, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Monitor accounts receivables, check claim status, and resubmit claims for overdue accounts
- Answer phone calls and provide compassionate customer service regarding account balances
- Maintain accurate billing records and establish positive relationships with patients and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in billing and accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in processing claims according to payer requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to correct claim and charge errors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
