- Salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) + car allowance
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 15% of your annual salary, based on company performance)

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
The successful candidate will be responsible for Operational Site Delivery of maintenance type tasks across our estate, covering several customers, contracts new and existing. The role will potentially take you across England, Wales and Scotland so flexibility is key – in exchange we’re offering you the chance to be heavily involved in our new venture of this growing this business – Oren Environmental.
Our Service Delivery Team Leader will lead a dispersed team with the aim to continually develop a team that engages, creates the right environment and is driven to exceed business targets. On any given day you can expect to manage ground maintenance actives with the team such as compound clearance; hedges, branches, grass cutting, then branching into building and asset maintenance tasks such as window replacements and general small-scale building works.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Our ideal candidate will be a team player with the will to develop, lead and inspire your staff. Experience of managing the performance of a dispersed asset base over a considerable geography coupled with the ability address poor performance, manage stakeholders and be commercially literate will set you at an advantage.

That being said, it would be really beneficial for you to have some knowledge of the mine water treatment process, a good knowledge of Health and Safety and some basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
