      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the organ allocation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and organizational procedures
      - Communicate relevant donor information to the recipient care team to optimize transplant outcomes
      - Analyze clinical data to accept or decline organ offers, serving as a consultant for transplant hospitals
      - Participate in cross-organizational activities to enhance overall performance
      - Develop and present educational materials regarding organ donation to various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or 3-5 years of experience in a related organ donation field as a substitute for education
      - Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in healthcare, particularly in family or patient care
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respect differing viewpoints
      - Ability to read and interpret regulatory documents, protocols, and policy guidance
      - Experience in customer relations and organ allocation preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience within an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO), specifically in an organ allocation work system
      - Previous experience in organ allocation processes
