      The OCM team within IT is responsible for leading the overall organization c hange management approach and communications for an identified region and key stakeholders . The manager will collaborate with the IT leaders to understand stakeholders and impacts, plan and deliver OCM plans for key priority programs , and deliver training and development programming for IT employees within the region.

      Is this you?

      You have at least 5 years of work experience in organization change management and a minimum of 8 years of work experience in total.

      You speak Fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world . Spanish, French, German, Polish, or Portuguese language skills are beneficial but not essential for this role, since it involves working in different countries .

      You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in organization management, communications, English, public relations, marketing or a related field.

      You love a challenge A self-starte r who has a high degree of situational awareness and ability to navigate complex issues and channels to successfully deliver solutions in partnership with business and IT leadership teams .

      You Build Relationships You have strong interpersonal skills . You can successfully and effectively work in a global team and collaborate with colleagues across Stryker.

      You do the Right Thing . You have a high level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

      What will you do at Stryker?

      Organization Change Management: work with project teams to define an execute change plans for transformational IT projects

      U ser Engagement and Adoption : connect IT and the business users impacted by change through stakeholder and impact analysis work

      IT Team Development : Manage IT programming in areas such as onboarding, training and culture

      IT Communications : Serve as extension of the IT Communication team for local delivery of key department messages

      Travel Percentage: 10%
